You can actually reach to SSS thru Text. It is not something you can do in a conversational, but with the right pattern and keyword, the SSS System will allow you to inquire on your SSS Information (eg. Contributions, Loans, etc), notify SSS (e.g Maternity Notification) and know a Status of your benefit application.

SSS Mobile App is available in Apple and Google Play Store. We know that SSS Website is not that browser friendly. You can access your SSS Information using the SSS Mobile App.
When you call the SSS IVRS, it is like you are listening from Alexa or Siri. You just press the right number and follow the correct sequence and the IVRS will answer your inquiry (e.g Benefit Status, Loan Balance, Last posted Contributions, etc).
