My.SSS is an online facility thru the SSS Website that allows SSS members to:
- access their contributions and membership records
- make online transactions (like filing of loan and maternity notification)
- set appointments with their SSS servicing branch
- and request copies of their records, as needed.
Who can register at My.SSS? SSS members (employed, self-employed, voluntary, overseas Filipino worker (OFW) and non-working spouse) who have at least one (1) month posted contribution can register at My.SSS. Household employers and employers can also register at My.SSS.
So, here are easy step by step process on how to create an online SSS Account:
- Type www.sss.gov.ph on your browser’s address bar. The SSS Website’s home page will show. Click the button after the “Not yet registered in My.SSS?” label (See highlighted picture) located on the right side of the screen. The Online Member User Id Registration will show.
2. Fill in the information required. Your SSS Number, Name, Date of Birth and email are required. You should also have an active email account. Fill in also the word verification to confirm you are a human. 🙂 Click Submit to continue. A confirmation page will show asking you to check your email account and click the link included in the email body.
3. If your email account is not a Yahoo account, check your Spam folder. Email services might misclassify the email that comes from SSS as spam because it contains a link. Click the link in the email and you will be redirected to the login screen of the SSS Website. Make sure to remember or jot down your email’s username and password, and your My.SSS username and password.

To be honest, I am now frustrated because I’ve been trying to create my account multiple times. I am making sure that when you send the link through email, I open the link immediately not later than 30 minutes BUT everytime I open the link, it will show it is no longer accessible and I need to register AGAIN. It is not easy to type in all the informations over and over again when you know that fact that you followed all the instructions but it is not even working on the latter part. The purpose of this online is to make transactions easier but it seems like it is very hard to have the account activated. I even sent an email to your assistance few days ago but no one bothered anyway. Please fix this because those who are currently in bed rest due to pregnancy needs this. Thank you so much! And I hope to get a response from y’all.

I registered on the Website and an email was sent to me. However, buy clicking on to activate my account I was getting an error(coding error). I tried to open it in different PCs but still getting the same error. I tried as well creating a new account but now getting an error “please complete required field” while all field has been supplied correctly. Trying to open the link and trying to create new account was done in different hours. The experience is kind of frustrating and the website is not that friendly, multiple downtimes and bugs given that it was developed and handled by the government, and whilst this guys promote ‘convenient registration’. Shame.

You can use Safari or you can always download Google Chrome or Firefox browser. sss.gov.ph works on either browser.
