SSS will implement a procedure to regulate the volume of members that go to the branches for their transactions. This procedure is called SSS ‘Number Coding’ Scheme. This is to the limit the exposure to COVID-19 to member’s while transacting.
It is somewhat similar with Land Transportation Office’s Unified Vehicular Volume Reduction Program (UVVRP) also known as ‘Number Coding’ Scheme. UVVRP regulates vehicles that CAN’T be driven on a certain day by the last digit of the vehicle’s plate. However, in SSS, it’s just that the last digit of the member’s SSS Number indicates which day member CAN go to branches.
If ever the system went down or offline, the branch will set an appointment for the members and employers waiting in line.
If willing to wait, members/employers can also stay until system is online again or else they can go back the following week on their number coding day.

- Enroll Bank Account in My.SSS
- Apply for Salary Loan / Calamity Loan
- Loan/Calamity Loan/Educational Loan/Loan Restructuring Program Status
- Loan Information
- Get PRN for Members / Employers
- Apply for Unemployment Benefit
- Sickness/Maternity Status
- Death, Disability, Retirement and Funeral Status
If the member/employer transactions are not available in My.SSS, there are drop boxes available in branches to submit documents for transactions.
The said procedure will be implemented on selected branches of SSS including 51 branches in National Capital Region (NCR).
