Good news! After 18 months of quarantine restriction, SSS has now resumed accepting UMID Card Application and Biometric Capturing.
In recognition of the SSS member’s need for a valid ID, as well as in a bid to do away with fixers, manual/paper applications for the SSS Unified Multi-Purpose Identification Card shall be resumed.
Members may file their accomplished UMID application forms in selected SSS Branches thru the following ways:
1. Branch walk in. Following the mandatory Branch number Coding for over-the-counter transactions.
