How to Check SSS Retirement Application Status Online

If you (or your father or any of your relative) just turned 60 years old, and have already filed your retirement benefit at SSS Branch, you do not need to go the SSS Branch from time to time to ask for the status of your application. You may simply register and login to the SSS Website, and here’s How to check SSS Retirement Application Status Online.

After logging in, click the E-Services menu then click Inquiry. Your Employee Static Information will show. Browse the Claim Status Flag (6th row, highlighted in the image below) and you will know the status of your application. If the status displayed:

With Retirement Claim- Date (08/20/2017) – Then your retirement claim is already settled on the given date.
With Retirement Claim – PENDING – Then your retirement claim is still not settled. Check the Details of your application (Go to submenu BENEFITS then RETIREMENT) to any details indicated on while your claim is still pending (e.g On process). If your application has been pending for more than two weeks, call or visit the SSS Branch where you filed your claim. It is probable that there are problems with the requirements you submitted. (Some pensioners testified that their retirement claim was approved in just 9 working days, provided that all their requirements and other documentations are complete)

To check Details of your Retirement Application like when the claim was approved, when will be the withdrawal date, amount of initial benefit, basic monthly pension amount, dependent’s pension amount (if any), etc., click the Benefits sub menu, then click Retirement. You will also see on the lower part of the page any deductions in your pension (if any) like outstanding loan balance.

Please lang po I'm already 63 and lahat na ba submit ng anak ko ang application req.naayos na rin po ang mo.contribution ko nag apply ako at the age of 61 as of now wala pang resulta ang aking retirement pension

Puede po paki sagot bakit ang tagal ng processing sana ma facilitate na po nio ang aking retirement pension kasi tagal na naming hinihintay ang effectivity date kung kailang namin makukuha ang lumpsum at pension pls.pakifacilitate po ng ma enjoy na ng pamilya ko ang pinaghirapan ko for 26 yrs.

Mag follow up po sana sa retirement ng tatay ko, nag apply siya nung october 19,2017 sabi ng sss office dito sa amin 2 or 3 weeks lang ang process, please i hope your immediate action.

makakakuha paba ng death claims ang relatives kung nmatay n ang sss member at age of 68 at sya nkatanggap n ng pension ng ilang taon bago nmatay???

Ask ko lang , sa sss online ko may date for withdrawal 03/23 for pag nagccheck kame po sa atm wala pang laman hanggang ngaun,please check po please.thank you
