If you (or your father or any of your relative) just turned 60 years old, and have already filed your retirement benefit at SSS Branch, you do not need to go the SSS Branch from time to time to ask for the status of your application. After logging in, click the E-Services menu then click Inquiry. Your Employee Static Information will show. Browse the Claim Status Flag (6th row, highlighted in the image below) and you will know the status of your application. If the status displayed:
- With Retirement Claim- Date (08/20/2017) – Then your retirement claim is already settled on the given date.
- With Retirement Claim – PENDING – Then your retirement claim is still not settled. Check the Details of your application (Go to submenu BENEFITS then RETIREMENT) to any details indicated on while your claim is still pending (e.g On process). If your application has been pending for more than two weeks, call or visit the SSS Branch where you filed your claim. It is probable that there are problems with the requirements you submitted. (Some pensioners testified that their retirement claim was approved in just 9 working days, provided that all their requirements and other documentations are complete)
To check Details of your Retirement Application like when the claim was approved, when will be the withdrawal date, amount of initial benefit, basic monthly pension amount, dependent’s pension amount (if any), etc., click the Benefits sub menu, then click Retirement. You will also see on the lower part of the page any deductions in your pension (if any) like outstanding loan balance.

Dun po sa info.. Wala pong nalabas sa akin na payee/dependent information. Pano po yung ay may with retirement claim po nuong jan.01 at ang withdrawal date ay march.23 pero hanggang ngayon wala pa din po yong pension ko
My mother was out of the country for almost 14 yrs straight, she turned 60 already, now she’s 68yrs. old. She cant go home yet. Nag apply ako ng retirement lump sum noong April 18, 2022 ang sabi sa akin mga 2 weeks daw ay makukuha na yung pera pero hanggang ngayon 3 weeks na wla pa rin. Follow up ko lang po yung lump sum ko
if you have sss online account, check nyo po ang status. baka ongoing process pa lang po. You may also follow up mismo sa SSS Branch or email the sss branch kung san kayo nag file.
