I Forgot my Password and Email Used in My.SSS

Problem: I registered in the My.SSS or the SSS  Website Member’s Portal. However, after some time I forgot my password in My.SSS. I clicked the Forgot UserID or Password link in the SSS site and it needs my User ID or Email Address. Unfortunately, I also forgot  the email account and/or password of the email that I used in the registering to My.SSS. They say that SSS will send my password to my email. What should I do to regain access to your My.SSS account?

Answer: Send an email to onlineserviceassistance@sss.gov.ph. Make sure that you have an active email account that you currently have access (it means you know its username and password and can open it). State in your email that you want to Update your Email Address used in your My.SSS account and you also want to request unblocking of your My.SSS account (if necessary).

I have a SSS Online Account but I forgot my password. Unfortunately, I also forgot my password in the email account that I used in registering in My.SSS.

May I request that my email address be replaced with [myemail@example.com] which is my active email as of date.

• Date of Birth: 01/01/1990
• SS Number: 03-1234567-8

I’ve also attached two copies of my valid ID as proof of my identity.
