How to Reset Locked SSS Online Account

If your SSS Online Account was locked because of many invalid log in attempts, here is a how to reset locked SSS Online Account.

SSS Online Help desks are the emails: onlineserviceassistance@sss.gov.ph and member_relations@sss.gov.ph. You may email to the said addresses your request to reset your locked SSS Online account using the email template below. Put your SS Membership information (e.g Name, Birth Date, SS Number) and attach a copy of your SSS ID, or any two valid IDs as your identification. Take note that you have to attach a copy of your ID (either scanned or picture) for them to verify your identity (think of identity theft). Besides, they will first ask for your ID before accommodating your online request/inquiry.
