SSS will be offering its members Php20,000 calamity loan in light with the COVID-19 pandemic.
During an interview with GMA-7’s Dobol B sa News TV, SSS concurrent head for Public Affairs and Special Division, Fernan Nicolas, said that the calamity loan may be availed by submitting an application online and no need to go SSS Branches in compliance with the Enhanced Community Quarantine.
SSS members that has existing Salary Loan may still avail but should not be a delinquent borrower.
Submission of Calamity loan application may be done online thru the SSS Website or you may type www.sss.gov.ph in your browser. The program is still being developed and is expected to be accessible to public on the 2nd week of April 2020.
