Pursuant to Sections 4 (a) (10), 19-A and 22-A of Republic Act of 111999 or Social Security Act of 2018 ad Social Security Commission (SSC) Resolution No 385-S.2022 dated June 8, 2022 recognizing the unique economic, social and geographic situation of farmers, fishermen, and other self-employed persons in the informal economy all over the Philippines, the following payment schedule is hereby issued:
1. Contributions for any of the last twelve (12) applicable months may be paid in the current month

In case that the payment deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, payment may be made on the next working holiday.
3. Only contributions with payment date(s) prior to the semester of contingency shall be considered in determining the eligibility of benefits.

This new Payment deadline shall start on October 21, 2022.
