Gudpm po.gusto ko sanang magpa member dati pa,kaso Yong gender ko po yong problema..female po ako at Yong birth certificate ko po is male..pwede po ba ako mag voluntary member khit Yong ipapasa ko na birth certificate is male Yong nkalagay?
Ask ko lang po kung pano po ung saken, may contribution na po ako . Iniisip ko po biglang magkaproblema kasi male yung gender ko sa birth certificate ko eh female naman po kasi ako. Ano po ang dapat gawin ? Thank you po.

May prob. Po kami regarding sa deceased member ay brother ko at married ngunit. Ngunit buhay pa ang brother ko ay nagpakasal sya ulit sa foreigner two yrs ago and my brother died dec 2017. Ano pong affidavit na malapit na 2 relatives
Hi good morning need ko po ng help. Nagkaroon po ako ng typing error via online application sa SSS nalagyan ko po ng suffix e.g DIZON, CESS 1st ATIENZA instead of DIZON, CESS ATIENZA sabi nung SSS staff magpa affidavit of attorney na daw ako at i-attach ang E-4. Any suggestion? Need ko lang po
