SSS opens new Branch in Canada

• Will your office assist in the application and processing of SSS pension.

• I already submitted my duly accomplished ANNUAL CONFIRMATION OF PENSIONERS FORM (ACOP) dated January 10, 2018 to Evelyn L. Duplon, SSS Diliman Branch, East Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City, Philippines. I tried to withdraw my pension at CIBC ATM, Richmond, BC, through my usual Banco de Oro debit card #5194 6341 2001 7901 valid until 12/19 provided by BDO Branch Office at President Avenue/Elizalde St., BF Homes, Paranaque City. However, it was denied and rejected. We called BDO Branch Office at the above address and they replied my BDO debit card has been cancelled and requested me to refer my problem to SSS while they wait for SSS instruction to resolve my problem. They told us they can only release my replacement debit card personally to me or to my blood-related relative. Please be informed that i am already 80 years old with a lot of health issues and survivor of 3 attacks and restricted to travel due to recent implantation of a heart pacemaker. I don't have any blood-related relatives in the Philippines anymore because all my children are currently residing here British Columbia. May I request for your assistance because I need to get my SSS pension for medical expenses in order to survive here in Canada. Thank you. Your prompt attention and assistance will be greatly appreciated.

• Messers. Philippine SSS, Please advice me on how I may be able to move my pension that I always receive in BPI Manila to my present resident here in Toronto, Ontario Canada. My sister-in law who use to withdraw my pension from my ATM account in Malabon can no longr continue to do so because she is already weak, sickly and old. I would like to request SSS management to transfer my pension here in CANADA. Pls. advice.

  • Pwede po kayo mag apply uli ng replacement ng SSS ID nyo. Punta lang po kayo sa SSS Branch na may UMID Capturing Facility, dala po kayo affidavit of loss, 2 ID and 200php for replacement fee.

    Then sabihin nyo po na nakalimutan nyo po ang inyong SSS Number. Attach po kayo ng Valid ID as proof of identification.

    Wait nyo po reply nila, and check nyo po sa Spam folder ng email nyo po baka mapunta sa Spam ang reply po nila.

• Makahingi nman po ako ng tulong sa inyo pano ko maaayos ung contribution ko ng 3 month nag pay kc ako neto july 22 para sa july to sep 2022 meron na ako ref. Number pero hindi parin sya posted un ni contribute ko sana matulungan nyo po ako

• Good evening, May I ask how can I have my ACOP here in Canada. Can I go to the SSS Branch and process there my ACOP. please reply it is the Birth month of my late husband, this December thank you.
