Do you know that the SSS recently launched the UsapangSSS, a Forum site for your SSS related concerns like Maternity, Sickness, Disability, Death, Funeral benefits and other SSS programs like loans, PESO Fund, Flexi Fund, AlkanSSSya among others. In the site, there is also a separate thread for the Loan Restructuring Program, the loan condonation program launched by SSS last April 2016 and will commence this April 2017.

Hello Mam/Sir. Ask ko lang, what if I forgot my user ID and my email address, how can I successfully check my contribution online in SSS? I tried to register and filled up the form online but there was a note saying that my sss number has already registered? So what must I do to retrieve it? Sa company na pinag tatarbahuan ko, since naka assign kami sa site nag request po kami mag apply ng loan last year mga october. Yung iba ko pa pong kasama nag file din ng maternity reimbursement.Nag fill-ou po kami ng forms. palagi po kaming nag follow up sa admin tapos wala po silang feedback. Tapos ngayong April 01, 2017 nagpadala ng request yung admin namin from manila requesting us to refill-up our applications. Mga katanungan po,
1. Nagbago po ba ng forms ang SSS at pati na rin po ang pag-ibig sa loan application and maternity re-imbursements?
2. Dapat bo bang amabot ng 6 months bago mag react yung SSS na kailangan mag fill out ng new form napaka walang kwenta naman po ata nun, kung kailangan palang mag fill out sa new form kasi nagbago daw ng form, bakit after 6 months pa sila nagsabi.
3. Wala po bang liability ang company namin since sila po yung nag process ng mga applications namin? Di po ba obligasyon din nila yun? Para po kasing hindi priority/importante yung mga concerns namin sa loan application namin?

I need some reasons why within 10 mos. of working in a private company they said that they dropped and deposit monthly my SSS contribution and i receive confirmation coming from SSS through SMS.

May existing salary loan payment ako, currently ang required balance pra makapagloan po ako ulit ay 6500 at kasalukuyang loan balance ko ay 6580.35. Nagbayad po ako ng 300 pra ma meet ko ang 50% paid requirement nag post na po yung payment sa statement ng loan payments ko pero pag nagaaply po ako ng loan online yung balance po the same Parin 6580.35. sa csase ko po first pregnancy ko student palang ako and wala pakong SSS bakit po nacount yun even yung second pregnancy na miscarriage wala pa din ako sss nun.. in Short once ko lang napakinabangan yun maternity ko sa fourth pregnancy ko. pero now that I am pregnant for the 5th times bakit hindi ko na magagamit just because I got pregnant for 5 times and 4 times alng kinocover? kahit po hindi naman ako eligible nun first and second pregnancy ko dahil wala akong SSS and contributions pa that time?..

What about the case that two old SSS pensioners who are a widow and a widower, and their respective deceased spouses were also SSS pensioners, AND they are receiving to date the pension of their respective deceased spouses…
Question: Will they lose the pension of their respective deceased spouses when they remarry each other, although they continue to receive each one his/her respective pension?

Good Day. Under Maintenance parin po ba ang website ninyo?. Last week po after submitting ng Salary Loan via online “Service Unavailable. Please try again later” yung error tinry ko sya Monday-Friday pero ganun at ganun ang error. Then after saturday biglang nawala sa drop down options yung Apply for Salary Loan. Kelan po kaya sya maayos? Marami po kaming employees na nais matry yung Online Service ng Loan para di na po sila mag absent para lang pumunta sa branch nyo at magsubmit ng applications. Hi po, Good Day! ask ko lang po sana regarding sa concern ko, nag loan po ako last 2016, then my First amortization ko should be on Dec 2016, unfortunately, hindi ako nakaltasan nung time na yun, then last year Oct 2017 lang ako nakaltasan, balak ko po sana mag apply ulit for salary loan, kasi ang renewal date ko sana ay Sept 2017 with 50% existing balance, then as of now, may 9k pa akong balance, ask ko sana if pwede i full payment ang yung overall existing balance ko then mag aapply ulit ako for salary loan? is this feasible? Good day po. ngka bartholin abcess ako nung jan. 15, 2018 pero di ako ng pa undergo ng surgery, yung incision at drainage sa clinic lng ginawa kasi 5mo.na pinagbubuntis ko kaya natakot ako. sa bahay lng ako ng pahinga after, magrereport na sana ako sa work nong jan. 19 pero ng ka threatened abortion ako kaya ng suggest ob ko na mg pahinga 1mo., covered na from jan. 15 to feb. 13. kaya lng na late ako ng pgfile ksi malayo workplace ko. then yung na approved ni sss is 20 days only. after nang 1mo. pina extend pa din ako ng OB ko nang bed rest for additional 1mo., nakabalik nko sa work last march 16. tpos ngayon ko lng nalaman na yung extension ko 10 days lng yung na approved. sana ng inform yung sss pra pumasok nlng ako sa work earlier than expected fit to work date.
