How to Check My SSS Contributions Online

As an SSS Member, it is part of our due diligence to regularly check if our SSS Contributions are religiously remitted by our employers and is properly posted. But How? This is the most common question being asked in our SSS Inquiries page. So here, we have prepared a step by step guide on How to Check my SSS Contributions Online.

Why do I need to check my SSS Contributions?

1. If you are employed, you can check if your employer is remitting your SSS premium on time and your appropriate premium.  You can check Contributions Schedule here.
2. If you are an individual paying SSS member, your SSS Account can be your monitoring tool to remind yourself that you are yet to contribute for the month or quarter.
3. If you aim to claim an SSS benefit like Maternity or Retirement Pension, you can check your qualification based on the posted contributions you see online.

If you do not have an SSS Online Account yet, here’s a step by step guide on how to create an online SSS Account.

How to Check My SSS Contributions Online?

1. Type www.sss.gov.ph on your browser’s address bar. The SSS Website Homepage will appear. On the right side of the page, you will see an Employee login section or go to this link.
2. Enter your user name and password then click Submit.

2. After successfully logging in, you will see that the login portion is gone and your name is already displayed on the left header part of the page. Click the E-Services menu located just below your name.

3.  You will now see your Employee Static Information on the page. For security purpose, information in the picture are edited and blurred.  To check your SSS Contribution, hover your mouse on the Member Info then click Actual Premiums (see highlighted).

If you are not able to see the menu when hovering the Member Info submenu, use an Internet Explorer 11.  

4. Your Monthly SSS Contributions are displayed in tabular form. Some said that the system do not display contributions earlier than 1990. Check if your SSS Premiums are posted. If you are aiming to claim benefits from SSS like retirement pension, regularly check your total posted contributions.
