All retirement pensioners residing abroad, Total Disability and Survivor Pensioners, as well as their Dependent Children (minor or incapacitated) and Guardians, must comply with the ACOP starting October 1, 2021 until March 31, 2022!
Compliance for SSS Annual Confirmation of Pensioners (ACOP) can be done via e-mail, dropbox, or video conference (for those abroad)- no need for face-to-face transactions or for pensioners to leave their homes.
Why Do Pensioners Need to Comply with ACOP?
- To ensure that they continue to receive their pensions
- It guarantees the protection of the Social Security Fund by ensuring that benefits are paid out only to eligible beneficiaries.
Starting April 1, 2022, the usual schedule for ACOP Compliance shall be followed:

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Pensioners who do not apply with the resumption of ACOP until March 31, 2022 will have their pension automatically suspended in April 2022 (effective May 2022 pension).
Starting April 1, 2022, pensioners who do not comply with the usual ACOP schedule will have suspended pensions two (2) months after the month of birth the member/deceased member.
How to Comply and What to Prepare for the ACOP starting October 1, 2021?

For retirement pensioners residing in PH, no need na po mag ACOP.
For those of us in the States it will be a return to the normal ACOP requirements in place prior to the Covid pause…correct?

I am a pensioner since 2018. Only this month of November wala pang sulod Yung ATM ko. What will I do SSS.?
Me and my wife already complied with the ACOP requirements last January 2022, do we have to do it again in our NEXT BIRTHDAY do we have to do it annually?
